Toronto, Canada Real Broker, LLC Full time

As a Broker you will have experience supervising a real estate brokerage of a small to medium firm, an understanding of real estate brokerage at a provincial level, a collaborative approach, and a strong work ethic.

In this role you will work together with the Broker of Record in a collaborative environment to support the successful administration of Real Broker LLC operations in their Province. Supporting our agents in the delivery of exceptional real estate brokerage service to their clients, this position will assist and facilitate in all operational elements necessary to comply with the individual provincial license law, REALTOR association membership, and MLS participation, along with the transaction review process, compliance training, and the risk management.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with the Broker of Record, in delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
- Facilitate the training to support agent knowledge and understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law
- Promptly responds to agents request for assistance
- Effectively consult and engage with agents and others in problem-solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues
- In collaboration with the of Broker of Record performs contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions
- Manages the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual provincial brokerage operations manuals
- Supports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing provincial agent base in terms of brokerage operations, with the ability to implement systems and processes.
- Responsible to support the Broker of Record when they are unavailable
- Other duties may be assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Must live in the Province of Ontario and hold an active real estate broker’s license with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance
- Ability to support the management of at least 20+ agents at a given time
- Proven track record of managing a small (20+) brokerage firm, specifically from operations or compliance perspective
- Have a keen interest in and high understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the provincial and federal law
- Experience and knowledge with CREA, OREA, REBA & FINTRAC compliance
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment
- Skyslope experience strongly preferred
- Possess the highest degree of integrity
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA)

**Education and Experience**:

- BA/AA strongly preferred
- Active Real Estate Broker’s license required
- High School Diploma/GED required
