Ottawa, Canada Harris Computer Systems Full time

Build and grow relationships across all Human Resource functions.
- Support ongoing day-to-day operational needs by coaching and advising to foster positive employee experiences rooted in understanding reality.
- Educate and consult to identify opportunities and maximize participation in HR programs. Areas of focus: workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment and selection, talent development, performance management, total rewards, wellness, engagement, and retention.
- Provide guidance and direct support on confidential, complex HR matters, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Develop and implement projects specific to onboarding for rapid integration, hybrid-focused teambuilding, succession planning and knowledge transfer.
- Identify change management opportunities, work with managers and HR specialists to develop and execute solutions for success.
- Leverage external market insights and internal data to identify workforce risks and opportunities.
- Partner with business to initiate and guide organizational training and development initiatives that strengthen leadership, communication and employee relations skills in a rapid growth environment.
- Assist in development of overall HR process and work flow procedures, recommending improvements or changes for greater efficiency.
- Maintain, monitor and approve Workday (HRIS) to ensure data and employee records accuracy.
- Perform special projects or other duties as requested.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years Human Resources leadership experience
- Post-Secondary degree in Human Resources or other related field
- CHRP designation attained or in progress
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week in Ottawa
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Travel within North America 10% or less
