We are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for all things HR.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will provide strategic counsel on employee engagement, workforce optimization, and the development of programs that improve the attraction and retention of top talent.

The HRBP sets and aligns the global talent strategy with the company's priorities to drive results, defines and drives the delivery of talent processes and programs, and actively participates in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business.

This position will support all facets of international human resources including compensation and benefit programs, recruitment & onboarding, organizational development, performance management, training and development and cultural change.

The chosen candidate will collaborate and act in partnership with the corporate human resources team to ensure that HR programs enable employees within your groups to be more effective and impactful in their roles, driving a high performing workforce.

The key to the Human Resources Business Partner success will be partnering with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide them tools that motivate people to enhance the culture of high performance.

Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development Collaborate and partner with HR team in the continual develop of HR programs and initiatives Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

Support and act to foster a diverse culture that promotes inclusion and belonging. Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.

5+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices Highly analytical and can think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize your HR responsibilities.
