Purpose of the Role:
This role is intended to support JUMP Math’s Sales and PL team (math book sales and professional learning services for educators) in their efforts to grow JUMP Math’s reach and to improve implementation of JUMP Math across North America. The trainee will assist the team with various administrative tasks designed to help the team stay organized with current clients, identify and reach out to prospective clients.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Professional Learning, the Sales and PL Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and PL team to develop strategies and tactics to introduce the JUMP Math to prospective customers. The role will support general administration for the team and building a pipeline of prospect customers. The role will also assist with efforts to support communities that are currently using the program.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To work closely with the sales team to enter data into the Customer Relationship Management tool,
- Salesforce, and to conduct Salesforce clean-up activities.
- To conduct online research aimed at gathering and updating sales leads and contacts in Salesforce.
- To move contact information held in spreadsheets into Salesforce.
- To assist JUMP Math in creating a strategy to grow the use of JUMP Math in North America.
- To support JUMP Math’s marketing through conferences, events, and online research.
- To help the sales team assemble and mail out book samples and Family Math Night Game kits.

**Skills**:

- Good work ethic and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) is an asset
- Customer service orientation complemented by organizational and time management abilities.

**Qualifications (minimums)**:

- A post-secondary diploma; or equivalent work experience.
- Basic hands-on experience with using a computer, relationship management, and/or administrative tasks.
- Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,194.00-$48,750.00 per year
