Norson Construction LLP is based in North Vancouver. We are a medium sized General Contractor and have been in business for 40 years.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our office based team of of 14. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Managers and Project Coordinators with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Maintain project documentation and files
- Prepare and distribute project-related communications, including meeting minutes and correspondence.
- Input provided data into project management software.
- Prepare project invoices from data provided, enter accounts receivables into system
- Distrubute, track and log project specific documentation per instructions from project managers
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team
- Help with general office duties - i.e couriers, office supplies, mail

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with data entry and proofreading
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $4,500.00-$5,500.00 per month
