StarFish Medical is seeking a talented **Office Manager/Training Administrator** to join our Toronto team on a Full-time, Term employee basis. **This position covers maternity leave for a minimum of 13 months, potentially extending up to 19 months**.
As the Office Manager/Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing essential support to senior members. Your ability to interact with people and embrace repetitive tasks with enthusiasm will be vital in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Your day may include**:
- Administer training in the Learning Management System.
- Manage employee additions/removals and handle position changes in the Learning Management System.
- Coordinate training schedules for Quality Management Systems, Health & Safety Systems, StarFish Management Systems, and project-specific training.
- Verify trainer-recorded attendance (contact trainers for missing records).
- Generate and send monthly training reports.
- Maintain effective communication with external services, including office suppliers and cleaning services.
- Minimum 5-year track record in administrative roles within dynamic and fast-paced office environments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook calendar management, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in creating and managing meeting links via Zoom for seamless virtual communication.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication prowess, adept in both written and verbal interactions.
- Proven expertise in cultivating strong relationships.
