Our sales team is responsible for bringing these products to end users in industries including manufacturing, government agencies, hospitals, universities, among many others.**

**We are expanding into Canada and are building a sales force with a tremendous reputation for cultivating and retaining relationships with key contacts to accomplish growth goals for LineDrive, our manufacturers, and distributor partners.**

Reports To: Sales Director - Canada

**What it Takes To Be a Successful Key Accounts Solutions Consultant**:

- Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
- Meet or exceed outlined sales goals for distributors within your assigned responsibility
- Network and keep in constant contact with designated distributors and manufacturers
- Effective time management focusing 80% at the end-user level and < 20% with distribution
- Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
- Ability to create and nurture customer relationships based on mutual trust
- Utilize CRM to prospect and grow current book of business
- Educate customers on the ROI of product by providing training and product knowledge
- Attend ongoing webinars and product training sessions

**What You Need Under Your Belt to Be Considered**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree; _required_

Skills & Competencies:

- 2-3 years outside sales experience; _required_
- MRO Industrial sales background; _required_
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools; i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple clients while traveling 3-4 days out of the week
- Knowledgeable in local safety regulations with a genuine interest in helping facilities protect workers with PPE
- Naturally inquisitive and willing to ask difficult questions to find solutions to underlying facility problems
- Demonstrated ability to progressively manage and maintain contacts with established customers
- Flexible when priorities shift
- Comfortable with public speaking with strong presentation skills

Bonus Points:

- Top rep, top percentile performer, consistent YoY overachievement
- Experience using CRM software; _particularly Salesforce_
- Established network of contacts in safety, purchasing, and decision-_making roles within industrial facilities within the territory_

**Travel**: 4-6 overnights/month

**Territory**: Ontario

Physical Demands:

- Sitting, particularly for sustained periods of time
- You have no visionary impairments that would affect your safety to walk or drive through a facility
- Ability to walk through end user facilities for up to 5 hours at a time
- Ability to demonstrate the use of products including safety harnesses, respirators, and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

- This position works remotely and generally works on the go, in a hotel, at an end user facility or from a home office

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
