Reports to: Manager of Solutions Engineering, North America

Location: Toronto or Ottawa Canada; or Athens or Atlanta, GA (USA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Roll-up your sleeves, and become a trusted advisor to all levels within the prospective customer organization from CEOs, to Developers, to Learning & Development Directors. Tag team with Sales, and operate with outstanding synchronization to guide projects and close business.
- Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and provide value internally to your sales team as well as to your assigned prospects.
- Be process driven, come to deeply understand the learning industry, and be able to explain the product in the context of real usage in a real project.
- Understand and master our product; become a pro at describing our product to prospects, telling stories to help tie functionality to their business’ needs, and respond quickly and accurately to questions they have surrounding our technology.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
- Plan and configure our products to meet presentation needs, as well as deliver on product demonstrations that walk through our prospect’s user-stories and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- You have been in technical sales before in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or even SaaS Account Executive)
- 2+ years’ experience working in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, LMS implementation consultant, or technical consulting
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Understanding of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
- Have a strong ability to share your technical knowledge while maintaining an upbeat pace and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of the LMS industry and its surrounding standards will be plus (SCORM, xAPI)
