Solutions Consultant, Customer Success

**About the role**:
As our Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, you will be engaging with our existing customers to help present and demonstrate how customers can realize additional value from the Vena platform through expanded use cases and adoption. In partnership with Vena's Customer Success Managers and Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible to engage with customers and learn about their existing pain points and challenges and help inspire them about how doing more with Vena can solve these and add value to their business. Join our world-class customer experience team and be instrumental in helping drive Vena towards its growth targets and becoming the leading planning and analysis solution in the market
**What you will do**:
- Present the Vena product to existing customers in 1:1 and 1:Many forums and communicate the overall Vena Solutions value proposition
- Meet with customers, clarify business requirements and customize demo content appropriately
- Partner with the Customer Success Team to evaluate and assist in expansion sales strategy, retention strategy and solution recommendations
- Partner with the Customer marketing team to support Customer expansion/adoption focused campaigns and initiatives
- Leverage your understanding of similar products and technology and how to position Vena in Sales presentations
- Be instrumental in helping drive Vena towards its growth targets and becoming the leading CPM solution in the market
**Does this sound like you?**:
- 3+ years related work experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Prior technical sales experience selling FP&A or CPM software
- Professional Services implementation experience for FP&A or CPM software vendor or resell partner (Preferably 2+ years Vena experience)
- Experience working as an FP&A professional including hands on experience as either a power user or implementer of FP&A or Accounting software (Preferably Vena experience)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, Financial Close Management and reporting processes
- Experienced Excel user with the ability to create complex formulas, and sophisticated formatting
- Comfortable with presenting to and talking with C-level executives
- Ability to effectively deliver technical information to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge, focusing on value proposition to their business
- Strong presentation and communication skills - ability to communicate concepts concisely and effectively
- Self-learner, with sense of initiative, and perseverance to deliver
