**Administrative / Customer Service Assistant**

**ABOUT YOU**:
This is a month long temporary contract position. This role provides a broad variety of administrative assistance and customer service support to the Jostens Montreal team. Duties are broad and varied and in some cases may be of a complex or confidential nature.

**YOU HAVE**:

- **Passion.** Resourcefulness and ability to main a positive work attitude
- **Technical skills.** Working level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required.
- **Attention to detail. **Strong project management skills and ability to identify mistakes or errors.
- **Great communication skills.** Ability to effectively communicate with clients and other Administrators within the company.
- **Outstanding team player mentality.** Ability to maintain professional presence and attitude, while working independently and as a team
- **Organizational skills. **Demonstrated ability to prioritize, learn quickly and multi-task.
- **Experience.** 3+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or similar. Customer Service experience.
- **Education.** High school diploma or equivalent is required
- **Preferred.** Relevant post-secondary education (e.g. AA or BA/BS in Business, or related field) in progress or completed. Working level proficiency with MS Project.

**YOU WILL**:

- **Monitor **incoming calls, messages and mail, handling responses as independently as possible with a high degree of discretion.
- **Organize**, prioritize and summarize data, materials and information. Prepare reports for review.
- **Create**, maintain update and reconcile spreadsheets and various reports to support the location
- **Prepare **various documents and presentations.
- **Order **and maintain office supplies, forms and business cards for the department. Order catering for meetings as needed
- **Perform **various customer service duties, such as order entry, tracking and follow-up, assembling and shipping orders
- **Prepare **orders for shipping and arrange shipment.
- **Conduct **or support special projects as directed
