**Position Summary**

The Customer Service and Operations Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.

**Responsibilities**

Customer Service:

- Take inventory with clients over the phone.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer support records.

Operations:

- Manage a mailbox.
- Perform office work such as filling in forms and sending faxes and mail.
- Update the information displayed on our website.
- Ensure the coordination between users and service providers.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and spoken communication in both French and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and the Google suite.
- Good critical thinking skills.
- Diligent and attention to details.

**Work conditions**
- Job type: Part-time (approximatively 20 hours/week - possibility of more hours during the summer).
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Salary: 17$/h
- Hybrid work, position requires to come about once a week, but the rest can be done from home.
- Location: 917 Mont-Royal Ave E, Montreal, Quebec H2J 1X3
