**Work Status**: Temporary Contract

**Location**: Toronto, ON.

About the Role

**You’ll be working on things like**:

- Create and edit daily commercial logs, while maintaining proper break management and adhering to advertiser and station requirements
- Log moves done to ensure both good customer service and good viewer experience
- Log formats and daily log assembly
- Entry of sales bookings and billings into the Traffic system
- Inventory Management
- Commercial material scheduling
- Infomercial episodic scheduling
- Verification and delivery of final schedules to Master Control
- Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy, preserve revenue, and support all internal and external departments as required.
- Generate various traffic related reports, on an as needed basis
- Other duties as assigned

About You

If you have the following we want to hear from you
- University or College degree in broadcast media, marketing or related program
- Fluency in French preferred, but not necessary
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and a quick learner
- Team player, but able to work independently
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize
- Flexibility with working hours and approach to change
- Cooperative and responsive in providing accurate information to everyone
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
