- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Demonstrate professionalism and phone etiquette in all interactions

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Quick Books Accounting basic computer skills and data entry
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Familiarity with Quick Books and office procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of office operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
