**À propos de Futurpreneur**
Futurpreneur est un organisme national à but non lucratif qui habilite les jeunes entrepreneur.e.s de divers horizons, âgé.e.s de 18 à 39 ans, à démarrer, acheter ou développer leurs entreprises au Canada, en leur offrant des prêts avec du mentorat et des ressources.
Fondé en 1996, nous avons aidé plus de 18 700 jeunes entrepreneur.e.s, en promouvant l'entrepreneuriat parmi les jeunes Canadien.ne.s comme un pilier essentiel pour diversifier l'économie, générer des opportunités d'emploi et favoriser un avenir durable.
Futurpreneur est un membre fondateur de l’**Alliance des jeunes entrepreneur.e.s du G20**, le représentant canadien du réseau **Youth Business International** et l’hôte canadien de la **Semaine mondiale de l’entrepreneuriat**.

**Notre mission** (ce que nous faisons chaque jour pour atteindre notre objectif) : Autonomiser les entrepreneur.e.s issus de divers horizons âgé.e.s de 18 à 39 ans en leur fournissant des prêts assortis de mentorat et de ressources pour les aider à démarrer ou à acheter des entreprises qui contribuent à la prospérité économique durable et inclusive, dans leurs communautés et à travers le Canada.

Le/La coordinateur.trice bilingue des communautés entrepreneuriales aidera les équipes des communautés entrepreneuriales à promouvoir les programmes de financement et de mentorat de Futurpreneur pour les jeunes entrepreneur.e.s, les mentor.e.s et les partenaires communautaires. Nous recherchons un.e coordinateur.trice motivé.e pour aider nos équipes des communautés entrepreneuriales à générer des prospects et à développer l'entreprise. Vous effectuerez des analyses de marché, entrerez en contact avec des prospects, générerez des pistes et proposerez des stratégies de vente, entretiendrez des relations avec les client.e.s existants et répondrez à leurs besoins, et accomplirez une série de tâches administratives. Chez Futurpreneur, notre base de client.e.s est large. Nous travaillons avec trois clientèles différentes : des entrepreneur.e.s âgés de 18 à 39 ans, des mentor.e.s et des partenaires locaux et nationaux de l'écosystème de l'entrepreneuriat.
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein et permanent situé dans l'un de nos bureaux satellites en à Québec, QC, Montréal, QC ou à Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, St. John's, NL. Le titulaire du poste travaillera selon notre modèle de travail hybride (au moins deux jours au bureau).
**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Génération de **_leads_** et soutien à l'équipe**
- Servir de premier point de contact pour les entrepreneur.e.s potentiels afin d'élargir la base de client.e.s de l’entreprise
- Utiliser divers outils et stratégies pour générer des leads et établir une base de contact initiale basés sur les différents volumes et les différents programmes nationaux attitrés aux diverses communautés
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des segments de prospects spécifiques identifiés par notre équipe et, le cas échéant, les envoyer vers un.e gestionnaire des communautés entrepreneuriales ou à un.e partenaire de l'écosystème
- Fournir un soutien administratif et logistique à l'équipe des communautés entrepreneuriales, notamment en effectuant des recherches, en préparant des présentations et des documents, et en soutenant les initiatives marketing, selon les besoins
- Participer au suivi des pistes, des opportunités et des activités en cours pour tenir à jour la base de données CRM
- Collaborer avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles telles que le marketing, les programmes et les partenariats afin d'aligner les efforts de développement des affaires sur les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise
- Soutenir les équipes des communautés entrepreneuriales dans les recherches de mentor.e.s afin d'identifier les _leads_
- Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes
- Selon les besoins, agir en tant que point de contact pour les entrepreneur.e.s, les mentor.e.s et les partenaires en ce qui concerne les demandes de renseignements, les requêtes et le retour d'information
**Coordination d'événements (virtuel, en personne, hybride)**
- Aider à la recherche d'événements potentiels et d'opportunités de présentation
