**About the role**

**Position Summary**:
Are you passionate about developing others? If so, this is an opportunity for you to join the HR Corporate Services Learning and Development team as a Learning and Development Coordinator.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, who provides an exemplary learning experience, you will provide administrative support to the HR Corporate Services Learning and Development Team.

The Coordinator will report to a Learning and Development Manager and can be based at any Intact office; however, this position may require occasional travel to other offices to provide learning experience support.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Provide virtual and in person administrative, technical, and logístical support to learners, consultants, specialists and facilitators.
- Respond to all learning requests and queries in a reasonable timeframe.
- Process and monitor training expenses (billing, chargebacks, licenses, accreditations, etc.)
- Update attendance, registration and change requests in Workday and leverage technical software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams to run workshops.
- Support and collaborate with external vendors and internal business partners across all units to ensure learners have a positive learning experience.
- Key communication liaison for learners, specialists, and consultants.
- Review and update learning survey links, calibrate survey data and run related reports.
- Translate content and communication as needed.
- Participate in special projects, developing, and updating learning material.
- Liaise with national team to enable efficiencies and effective task management.
- Remain current on workplace policies while liaising with the national team to identify and implement process and task efficiencies.
- Perform other related coordination and administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- One to three years of coordinator experience
- Bilingualism in English and French is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country
- Advanced in Excel and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical aptitude with Workday (strong asset)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter with proven analytical skills
- Strong team player who embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement in adult education
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
- Discretely upholds confidentiality and manages sensitive situations with tact and urgency
