Le coordonnateur aux ventes joue un rôle essentiel en veillant à ce qu’Agropur demeure un joueur significatif dans l’industrie laitières nord-américaines et continue d’être l’un de plus grands transformateurs laitiers au monde grâce notamment à un service client efficace, des réponses rapides et précises et le développement de nos relations avec les clients. Cela est possible en centrant nos efforts sur nos valeurs fondamentales soit : l’excellence, l’audace, la communication, la collaboration et l’intégrité.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
- Responsable de la création et modifications des ententes commerciales ainsi que du suivi de celles-ci.
- Responsable de la création et modifications des rabais temporaires pour différents clients.
- Responsable de la gestion des listes de prix des clients (création, modifications et résolutions de problèmes reliés à celles-ci).
- Responsable des réquisitions de chèques pour les clients ainsi que d’effectuer les calculs de rabais afin d’acheminer aux clients les preuves de paiements.
- Supporte ses directeurs de compte dans l’analyse et la classification des déductions.
- Collabore avec ses collègues de façon à favoriser le travail d'équipe.
- Agit comme agent de liaison et travaille en partenariat avec d'autres groupes pertinents (fichier-maître, ventes, crédit, finance, logistique, télévente et service à la clientèle) afin de résoudre tout problème en temps opportun.
- Participe activement au processus d’amélioration continue en identifiant proactivement à son équipe tout enjeux et processus qui pourraient être améliorés et révisés.
- Toutes autres tâches inhérentes au poste.
**Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:
Baccalauréat en administration ou une discipline pertinente serait un atout
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) requise. -Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et des compétences informatiques avancées (Suite Office : Word, Excel avec tableaux croisés dynamique, PowerPoint), SAP, Oracle, OBIEE, Sharepoint seraient des atouts, etc.
