Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at L'Érablière Du Roy Ltée. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
