**ROLE**:Assistant Marketing Manager

**REPORTS TO**:Senior Marketing Manager

**LOCATION**:Ontario

We are looking for an **Assistant Marketing Manager **to join our Marketing team. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will lead the coordination and implementation of marketing communication activities, compile and analyze return on investment, coordination of external agencies and lead some new product introductions. You will act as a brand ambassador and communicate our brands’ messages through customer service, social media and at events.

- You have a University Degree in Business (Marketing) or related field
- You have 2 to 4 years’ experience working in Consumer Marketing, preferably in consumer-packaged goods
- You have experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- You have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms

**Things you will do**
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing plan and execute initiatives
- Lead social media and digital strategy and execution
- Lead grassroots consumer engagement strategy and execution
- Assist and lead new product development projects from idea to post-launch
- Drive competitive benchmarking and analysis, ensuring our brands are well-positioned for the future
- Oversee the consumer relations function

**OTHER **
- Travel to offsite activities/events, occasionally on weekends (~10-15% of time)
