**ROLE**:Marketing Manager (Contract 14 months)

**REPORTS TO**:VP, Sales & Marketing

**LOCATION**:Ontario

We are looking for a **Senior Marketing Manager, **to join our Sales & Marketing team The role is responsible for working collaboratively with the team to lead, develop, and implement marketing programs and help build our amazing brands, primarily focusing on Organic Meadow & Rolling Meadow

**Opportunities**

In this role, you will have the chance to champion and manage a variety of marketing activities across the Dairy division and lead a small team of Marketing professionals The primary objective of the role will be to develop and implement effective marketing programs to attract passionate consumers to our brand. You will also play a lead role in bringing product innovation ideas to life from conception to launch.

- You have sound marketing skills across a variety of areas

- You have experience developing and executing marketing strategies, objectives, and KPI’s
- You have proven knowledge in all areas within the marketing discipline including digital marketing and launching new products
- **Experience**_
- You have 5-10 years of experience in a CPG marketing role
- You have a Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- You are proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Teams
- You have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms
- **Nice-to-Have**_
- Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods Food industry, particularly in the Health & Wellness category
- Experience managing a marketing team
- Passion for food products

**things you will do**
- Lead and mentor the Marketing team to perform at a high level and put action plans in place to build strong teams that correspond with business growth objectives
- Develop and execute annual Marketing plans
- Own the Marketing expense budget and tracking
- Assume lead role in all new product innovations and ensure cross functional alignment for flawless execution
- Provide thought leadership to the organization in the key areas of brand management, marketing and product innovation
- Identify and implement areas for improvement within the marketing function in terms of processes and best practices

**OTHER **
- Some travel may be required
