**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly personable, opportunity-driven, and resourceful Account Manager to join our thriving team in Toronto

As an Account Manager you will grow to be a trusted advisor to our customers. You will need to get involved in all phases of the customer lifecycle from implementation, to sustained usage and expansion as well as through periodic updates. Always helping customers meet or exceed their desired ROI and in turn, become lifelong advocates.

At the end of the day, your mission is to delight customers in every way and have them truly love and recommend our technology

**Salary**

$100K OTI - 50% base/commission

**Responsibilities and tasks**

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Manage existing clients - maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders, upsell new functionality and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities within existing clients to expand our footprint within their organizations
- Identify net new opportunities within leads that fit a similar profile to our client base
- Help onboard new clients
- Provide virtual webinars and training for users of meshMD’s systems Go on site to clients to help train their employees on meshMD’s systems
- work side-by-side with our Director of Sales on all projects to ensure consistency and client success
- Establish communication plan to all relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications (required)**
- 2+ years of account management experience
- Outstanding command of the English Language - written and spoken
- Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Mass Comm/Communications/IT/Computer Science or other related fields preferred
- Post-secondary degree
- Strong computer skills
- Resourceful, sharp, friendly, quick-thinking and empathetic should be some of the adjectives used to describe you.
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to work on both macro and micro levels on several projects at once
- Strong organizational skills
- a proven collaborator and team player who can easily liaise with different levels and departments both externally with customers and internally

**Qualifications (Desired)**

These qualifications are not required, but would be considered an asset:

- Knowledge of of the healthcare IT space and the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of a SaaS space

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
