The Office of Mass Timber Implementation (OMTI) is tasked with transitioning the use of this new technology from niche to mainstream. As a cross-government leadership hub positioned within the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation, OMTI coordinates policy levers and statutory authorities distributed throughout various Ministries to support acceptance of mass timber construction by accelerating demand to stimulate supply.

**Job Requirements**:
Education and Experience
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Coordinating administrative processes and acting as a point of contact for other staff.
- Coordinating financial activities (budget, contract administration, accounts payable, purchasing).
- Providing administration of human resources, payroll, leave management and onboarding of new employees.
- Records Management.
- Coordinating equipment and office supplies.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:

- Experience with Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
- Experience with government systems, including ARCS, ORCs, and CRMS.

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work a hybrid schedule as per the Telework Agreement.
