The Corporate Services Division provides support in all areas of corporate services to the Ministry of Finance and supported entities including financial services, facilities, budgets and forecasting, business planning, communications, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Management/Information Technology, and Strategic Human Resources.

This position works in conjunction with the Divisional Operations Branch to provide overall administrative support to the division, along with direct support for the ministry Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and overall administrative branch management and program support to the Corporate Financial and Facilities Services (CFFS) Branch. In addition to typical administrative support such as calendar management and meeting support for the CFO, office administration, records management etc., the position is responsible for branch hiring support, including supporting classification reviews, interview and testing support, and onboarding coordination. Additionally, the position will support monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines tracking and communication, coordinate branch contributions to Ministry intranet management and undertake branch projects that improve operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent
- Experience providing administrative and financial support in a professional environment and/or customer service-oriented environment, managing deadlines and prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
- Experience managing diverse workloads effectively and independently.
