**What Your Day Will Look Like**

As Accounts Payable Administrator, you will process accounts payable for multiple entities, code invoices, and process expense claims. You will report directly to the Assistant Controller.

**Hours of Work**: Full-time day hours, Monday-Friday.

**Work Location**: Southwest Properties Office.

**What You'll be Responsible For**
- Processing accounts payable for multiple entities.
- Coding invoices.
- Processing cheque runs and EFT's.
- Expense claim processing.
- Credit card reconciliation and processing.
- Vendor account reconciliations.
- Utility tracking.
- Other accounting support as required.

- Prior experience using Yardi Property Management Software is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in either Real Estate or Property Management is considered an asset.

Position requires **Criminal Records Check Completion**.
