Accounts Payable Administrator Position

CareerBeacon is a leading company in Residential and Commercial Development. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice submission, processing, and payment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, verify, match & post invoices for properties
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor accounts & relationships
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Assist in month-end procedures
- Creating and Tracking Various Spreadsheets for the Purpose of Reporting any Financial information that requires tracking
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong capabilities using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Strong capabilities of using Microsoft Outlook at an advanced level
- Strong capabilities of using Sage
- Excellent organization skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and be a team player, and take initiative to get things done
