**What We Need**:
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our utility clients with day-to-day billing and call center operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee, track & process payment files (PAP, lockbox, web payments, cheques, EFT) daily
- Complete daily collection processes
- Perform batch checks & cycle validations
- Manage service orders for collection and cashiering related requests
- Answer incoming customer inquiries (both clients and general public)
- Input or enter data through a manual or automated process
- Manage reporting (Teleworks, consolidated usage, developer listings, customer counts, month end and year end reporting)
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly statistics for reporting
- Update business process documentation and SOPs, as required
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other tasks that may be assigned

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Experience and Education**:

- Post-secondary education in Commerce, Accounting or Bookkeeping is desirable

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to function in a self-directed manner in a team environment
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A strong commitment to customer and corporate objectives
- Proficient documentation skills
- Bookkeeping experience or other financial skill set is desirable

**Working Conditions**:

- A successful SIN and passport clearance along with a police vulnerability check is required
