**Your daily role**:
As an Accounts Payable Agent, and reporting hierarchically to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing invoices for our Payables department and will provide general support to suppliers and within of his team. More specifically, the tasks will be as follows:
**THE ROLE**:

- Check, validate and ensure payment of invoices to suppliers according to agreements;
- Follow up on pending and disputed invoices;
- Reconcile receipts to the purchasing system with invoices;
- Proceed to reconcile supplier account statements;
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting allocations according to the months in which the expenses were incurred;
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable;
- Monitor credit balances;
- Participate in end-of-month corrections;
- Collaborate to achieve team objectives;
- Take responsibility for developing your skills;
**Your profile**
- **Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience;**:

- ** DEC in administrative technique, accounting technique or any other training deemed equivalent;**:

- ** Knowledge of Coupa and Kofax computer systems an asset;**:

- ** Advanced written and spoken French. Intermediate English;**:

- ** Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office suite;**:

- ** Proficiency with Google tools;**:

- ** Demonstrate rigor, attention to detail, organization and autonomy;**:

- ** Have a continuous improvement and process innovation approach.**:
