**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.

Vehicle Presentation:Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of used vehicles to potential buyers.
Ensure that vehicles on the lot are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-ins.
Provide transparent and accurate information regarding pricing, warranties, and additional services.

Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
Address customer concerns and objections in a professional manner.

Documentation: Prepare and review sales contracts and related paperwork accurately.
Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing for customers.

Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Build and maintain lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of the used car inventory.
Continuously update knowledge about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- OMVIC license (required)
- Proven experience as a Salesperson, preferably in the automotive industry. (1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales is a plus.

Working Conditions: The role may involve standing for extended periods, weekend work, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Proficient in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
- Sales management skills, including the ability to prioritize leads and manage time effectively
- Organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups
- Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and the customer
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
