**Bilingual Associate Consultant, Solutions**
- Do you have good presentation skills?
- Are you bilingual (French/English)?
- As a **Bilingual Associate Consultant, Solutions,** you play a key role in our sales cycle, providing Software pre-sales and technical support to our sales representatives and customers
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in discovery meetings with Sales Representatives and potential customers
- Conduct needs analysis in order to understand document workflow and create compelling proposals
- Perform customer demonstrations and/or presentations at Canon office, showroom, or at customer location
- Conduct testing, and when required, trials and proof of concepts
- Provide ongoing guidance and education to the Sales team which will increase Sales’ ability to identify and maximize solutions opportunities
- Leverage knowledge of Canon’s software solutions and service capabilities to differentiate Canon’s offerings and increase competitiveness
- Ensure Canon solutions implementations are well-executed
- Conduct end-user software training
- Pro-actively support and participate in customer account reviews with Sales in order to identify further solutions and hardware opportunities
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Post Secondary education in Computer Science
- ** Fluency in French and English**:
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Ability to review customer needs/issues, costs, efficiencies; analyze workflows; and determine appropriate solutions
- Strong project and process management skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive documented scope of work processes
- Experience with SalesForce and Print Fleet is an asset
- Excellent software operation skills
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and respond to all inquiries

As customers and work colleagues are spread out across Canada, both English and French (written and spoken) is needed for day-to-day responsibilities such as: respond to customer (internal and external) calls from other provinces, review documents generated in other provinces, etc... Therefore, you must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages
