ServiceMaster Clean of Mississauga are looking for an energetic person to take on a wide range of responsibilities in our business. This is a small office environment, with a multitude of duties, sometimes fast paced. The office location is in The Port Credit Business District of South Mississauga. Free parking available or public transportion very close.

Regular Duties include:

- Professional handling of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Dealing with both customers and employees with utmost respect and care.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Drafting professional letters, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage office equipment and phones
- coordinating repairs and sourcing new equipment when needed.
- Remote cheque deposits
- Collect and update WSIB and COI for contractors
- Assist Operations Managers to create forms, checklist, schedule for client
- Work with customer platforms
- Assist coordinating offsite function (meeting, training) creating and sending invites.
- Scheduling work orders for cleaning crews including customer contact, security access, crew reporting and producing work orders and invoices.
- Follow up with clients.
- Accounts receivable functions including invoicing, bank deposits, processing of VISA payments and collection calls.
- Accounts payable functions including receiving and coding invoice purchase journal entry, vendor payments

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
