**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Place outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify inbound leads using our company’s criteria.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
- Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts.
- Thoroughly discuss customers’ needs and pain points in order to sell WL software and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Work within the Salesforce platform to effectively manage and maintain all sales notes and customer interactions.
- Draft and deliver proposals to customers.
- Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry.
- Collaborate with other departments of the organization where required.
- Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPIs.
- Provide feedback on ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2+ years relevant sales experience within the software industry.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Excellent communications skills - both in verbal and written correspondence.
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment.
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization.
- Comfortable conducting customer calls and/or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and/or evening time slots if required.
