**We are now looking for a full time permanent **Account Executive**:
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for meeting the day-to-day client’s needs. You are always on top of everything. You have excellent project and time management skills to juggle multiple projects, and are capable of building strong relationship with clients, client’s roster agencies and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all projects to be delivered flawlessly on time and compliant to client’s brand standards
- Collaborate with Creative and Production team on creative development and production
- Proofread all advertising materials
- Work with internal teams to ensure on time delivery of advertising materials
- Develop trusting relationship with internal teams
- Conduct competitive monitoring and keep client inform of competitive environment
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of client’s business
- Work with client’s roster agencies on campaign coordination as required
- Prepare weekly status reports
- Keep Account Manager inform of all projects
- Act as internal support for account needs
- Provide support at client’s sponsored events

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising or any related disciplines
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in an advertising agency or in a marketing role
- Strong client service skill
- Multitasking skill - ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without sacrificing quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Superior project management and organizational skills and great eye for detail
- Work well under pressure and extremely tight deadlines
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and a second language (Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu or Punjabi)
