Administrative Assistant/scheduler

PlumbWize Inc is looking for a full time Office Assistant/Scheduler to join our team. We are looking for a positive and energetic person for our head office in Burlington. Paying attention to detail is a must in this position. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones, help scheduling calls on Google calendar, occasional dispatch help, greeting customers or visitors.
- Data entry of invoices, payments and filing.
- Data entry of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Keeping office clean.
- Assisting Office Manager/Bookkeeper as required.
- Benefits available after 3 months of employment.
- Plumbing knowledge would be an asset but not required.
- Working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
