Client Experience Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and supervise the client experience team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives aimed at improving client experiences.
- Provide training and support to team members on customer service best practices.
- Maintain a multilingual approach to cater to clients from various backgrounds.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts amicably.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
