Your earnings will be determined by a variable component tied to your performance and sales achievements. Hence, how much you make, depends upon what you achieve.

What we offer:

Responsibilities are listed below:

- Be creative in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Schedule and lead customer introductions and meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term, high value partnerships.
- Identify and coordinate sales activities, campaigns that would be beneficial to increase sales.
- Continuously assess market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to management.

Following are the requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate in construction and knowledge of the construction/real estate industry and related areas.
- Must be highly motivated, flexible, service-oriented and a self-starter capable of hunting and closing opportunities.
- Basic computer skills is a must (examples: excel, MS word, Microsoft teams).
- Track-record of success at previous jobs.
- Experience using a CRM software as part of the sales process.
- Outstanding selling, negotiating, presentation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced English language speaker.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or construction/real estate.
- Good attitude with a positive mindset
- A network of potential clients in the construction industry is a big plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
