Administrative and Data Entry

The Administrative and Data Entry position will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and accurate data management within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include performing various administrative tasks and data entry duties to support the efficient functioning of our office and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. This may include patient information, inventory records, and other relevant data.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both electronic and physical, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents as needed.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members and management, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned
4. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges related to data entry or administrative tasks, and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
