**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Utilize Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient data management and recruitment tracking.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
- Analyze data related to employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Oversee program management related to employee development, training initiatives, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
