**Client Relationship Manager**

REV Capital is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team The Client Relationship Manager will be the main point of contact for our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Client Relationship Manager will create and nurture long-term relationships with clients while resolving issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main and first point of contact for our clients.
- Learn the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them within the scope of our policies and practices.
- Regularly check in on clients to ensure they're satisfied.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide services that ensure the satisfaction of clients with the Company's services.
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Perform regular audits of clients' portfolios to find potential risks.
- Keep clients up to date on the state of their portfolios.
- Ensure clients are being funded daily in a timely manner in accordance with company's guidelines.
- Attend client meetings, as necessary.
- Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
- Ensure the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with credit policy, procedure, and business strategy.
- Responsible for credit risk and quality of the portfolio.
- Monitor loan repayment activities and financial condition of borrowing clients and take necessary action to collect past due accounts and ongoing repayment ability of all other accounts.
- Monitor and engage with clients to manage the weekly compliance needs unique to this industry.
- Assist with due diligence/analysis with new client relationships, opportunity memos as appropriate.
- Review and understand inventory, audit, financial, 3rd party reports that pertain to the maintenance of your portfolio.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of direct leading experience
- 2+ years of Loan Officer or other equivalent leading experience
- Temporary staffing borrower experience an asset
- Experience dealing with nuances of the interrelationships between accounts receivables
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and ability to work without direct supervision.
- Familiarity with business financials and specifically Accounts Receivables knowledge
- Excellent negotiating skills, written and oral communication skills.
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Team building, collaboration abilities, and strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome any obstacles; developing solutions that enhance the clients' efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Client Relations, or another business-related field, is preferred
