Client Care Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service tailored to the needs of hearing clinic patients.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Maintain accurate client records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Address inquiries and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes unique to audiology services.
**Experience**:
- Preferred previous experience in a healthcare office setting, particularly in audiology or a related field.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with audiology-specific software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with audiology-specific medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
