Commercial Territory Manager

Our Territory Managers are at the heart of our corporate culture. While promoting and merchandising Ceratec’s products, they represent and promote Ceratec’s values in the marketplace and serve our clients with passion and integrity.
They will be servicing commercial and residential contractors in the GTA_**.**_
The Territory Manager’s focus in the market is to grow the business with our existing clients and create new opportunities with potential ones, all while maintaining Ceratec’s solid reputation within strategic business relationships.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Develop relationships based on trust, understand the network in the commercial and residential flooring arena, become a "go to" source, and develop and follow opportunities that generate sales.
- Develop & deliver creative plans to achieve goals, and understand each account in order to develop an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Manage any issues arising out of sales while providing exceptional customer service and putting the customer at the center of all concerns.
- Promote Ceratec products in order to get them specified as well as collect information that can help understand how to price projects. Provide quotes to clients.
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager when opportunities come up that requires homework at ground level as well as with other Territory Managers.
- Become a "go to" resource for product knowledge by feeling at ease doing product knowledge sessions to build credibility.
- Promote our company website as well as its tools, features and technology (lightbeans).
- Manage projects while also updating & using regularly our CRM to keep track of the project pipeline.
- Remain updated on market needs, industry trends and customer demands in order to remain a valuable player in sales.
- Other related duties.
**Experience & Education**
- 1 to 2 years experience as a sales representative in a field related to floor covering;
- Bachelors degree is an asset.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills, good time management, ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks;
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions;
- Proficiency in using work tools;
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
