**The Opportunity: Community Relations Manager**
As a Community Relations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our services and presence in the community. Reporting directly to the Hiring Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving growth through strategic community engagements and sales initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and engagement within the community.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to expand our client base.
- Coordinate and participate in community events and presentations to promote Opulife's services.
- Act as a liaison between the community and Opulife, gathering feedback to enhance our services.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and materials.
- Maintain detailed records of community interactions and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in health care sales, preferably in home care services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with a variety of clients and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and needs, maintaining flexibility with work schedules.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and home care services is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet mobility requirements of the job.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check as a proof of clearance to work with the vulnerable population.
- Updated immunization record, including TB Test (within the last 6 months), ensuring compliance with health regulations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
