**THE POSITION**

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented support in various aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with management and updates of all People and Culture data analytics and administer the KPI dashboard.
- Address and support employee HR-related inquiries and redirect if required.
- Provide input on processes improvement and opportunities for administrative efficiency within the Organization.
- Maintain commercial leasing and property management documents.
- Review and develop in collaboration with each department, company policies and procedures.
- Support other tasks and projects as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University or College degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field
- Experience with drafting commercial leases and contracts is an asset
- Strong computer proficiency especially working in MS 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Experience with ADP Workforce Now would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Police Criminal Record Check less than 6 months old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Security Clearance Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- Existing knowledge of airport, aviation industry is an asset.
