**Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator**
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our swimming school and recruiting students for our programs.
**Who we are**:
Founded in 2023 by a National Champion Artistic Swimmer, Artquaswim is dedicated to empowering young swimmers with a strong foundation in swimming. Our mission is to teach strokes with precision, effectiveness, and ease, laying the groundwork for children to pursue their athletic dreams in areas like diving, water polo, and artistic swimming. We emphasize confidence, dedication, and resilience, creating a dynamic learning environment that includes friendly games and competitions to keep kids engaged and motivated. From guiding beginners to becoming confident swimmers to correcting past habits for effective techniques, Artquaswim is committed to helping every child thrive. As we expand our branches in the Vancouver, we’re looking for passionate individuals who share our values and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment, including proposing new initiatives, campaigns, or event ideas based on research and data analysis.
2. Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, digital content, and advertisements to effectively communicate our value to students and parents.
3. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Little Redbook, TikTok, WeChat) to engage with our target audience, share relevant content, and drive traffic to our website.
4. Oversee and maintain our official website by updating content, ensuring information is accurate and aligns with marketing goals, and optimizing for SEO. Track content performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
5. Capture and produce high-quality visual content through photography and videography to showcase programs, events, and student achievements.
7. Respond to inquiries from students and parents, providing prompt, detailed information on programs, enrollment, and documentation.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Meet monthly sales targets by promoting programs, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
10. Develop and implement action plans for campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and measurable objectives.
11. Plan and host events, seminars, and workshops to engage with prospective students and parents, showcase programs, and provide valuable educational information.
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine ideas and align with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Little Redbook, Tik Tok, WeChat etc.)and marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Pay: $43,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
