**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance to customers.
- Develop sales plans and programs to ensure profit, growth, and expansion of company product lines.
- Pursuing new customer opportunities through cold calling and field visitation.
- Managing a territory and hunting for new opportunities.
- Display a professional manner while representing the company.
- Participating in facility walk-throughs with potential customers to gather key information all while learning about their organization.
- Directly communicating and meeting with potential customers to schedule sales and marketing presentations while tapping into your creativity in face-to-face client meetings.
- Creating and presenting quotes with the assistance of the Sales Manager to potential customers for approval.
- Working in conjunction with Sales manager regarding the successful set up of new customers.
- Drive growth by developing relationships with customers in all industries using consultative sales approach.
- Documenting and track key potential clients contacted while developing a communication cycle to promote constant contact and promotion of services.
- A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and a commitment to driving sales and solidifying a customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- University /College Degree or strong Industrial Business experience preferred.
- 2 years experience in Industrial Sales preferably in a role involving cold calling and prospecting in the Tape, Adhesive and Packaging markets a benefit but not necessary.
- Ability to travel locally through lower mainland - must have a vehicle and valid driver's license/vehicle insurance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details, understands margins, pricing, costing.
- Results driven with the ability to seek out new business and recognize opportunities with existing customers.
- Ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized, focused, and comfortable making direct communication to prospective customers.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and SAP and other related programs.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Earning Potential: $70,000-$200,000+ per year
