We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a background in private career colleges to support our admissions, marketing, career services, and program development team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the college, including admissions, marketing, career services, and program development
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the college’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.

**Departmental Oversight**:

- Support department heads in admissions, marketing, career services, and program development.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve institutional goals.

**Staff Management**:

- Supervise and support administrative and operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Program Support**:

- Assist the program development team in enhancing private career programs to boost revenue.
- Facilitate partnerships with vendors and consultants to develop new programs or enhance existing ones.
- Support the program development team in independently creating innovative programs that meet industry demands.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure the college complies with all regulatory requirements, including those set by accrediting bodies and government agencies.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and compliance.

**Career Services**:

- Enhance the student career experience by ensuring high-quality career services and support from enrollment through job placement.
- Develop and implement career development programs and workshops to prepare students for the job market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements, internships, and networking opportunities.
- Track and report on student employment outcomes and use data to improve career services offerings.

**Strategic Support**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the college’s goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in operational processes and programs.

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of college facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within a private career college.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for post-secondary institutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
