Vaughan, Canada RMP Full time

We are a full-service accounting firm located in Vaughan, Ontario. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team. You will work within a small, close-knit team in a friendly work environment.

**Qualifications/Work Experience Requirements**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of reception and/or administrative experience (preferably in a professional services setting)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication (verbal and written) in English
- Excellent organizational skills and with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and a team player
- Ability to follow directions, instructions/procedures efficiently and accurately
- Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment

**Responsibilities of Job**:

- Working with an Office Manager and two Senior Partners in managing day to day operations of the business
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients
- Handle daily mail, couriers, and scanning of documents
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Ensure kitchen area is clean and fully stocked
- Managing invoicing and payments for clients
- Assist with compilation and assembly of personal and corporate tax returns
- Assist Partners/Accounting staff as needed

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$47,500.00 per year
