Canavion Global provides seamless international logistics and freight forwarding solutions, ensuring our customers’ cargo moves reliably and efficiently across the globe. As we grow, we’re seeking a Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator who can drive tangible results from day one.

**Performance Objectives (First 6-12 Months)**

1. Ensure On-Time and Accurate Shipments:

- Within 30 days, consistently secure optimal bookings with shipping lines and accurately transmit all details to trucking partners and customers.
- Within 3 months, reduce booking errors and delays by at least 20%, as measured by internal KPIs and customer feedback.

2. Proactively Resolve Shipping Line Issues:

- Within the first 60 days, establish a reliable communication process with shipping lines to preempt and resolve at least 90% of booking issues before they impact delivery schedules.

3. Execute Timely Documentation and Invoicing:

- Within 30 days, produce error-free invoices for each completed shipment within 24 hours of the billing trigger.
- By month 3, ensure weekly shipping instructions are submitted on time and incompliance with client and carrier requirements, cutting down revisions by 25%.

4. Strengthen Overseas Customer Relations:

- Within 2 months, send draft BLs and cargo images promptly, meeting or exceeding overseas clients’ standards.
- By month 6, increase overall overseas customer satisfaction scores, as measured by periodic feedback surveys, by at least 10%.

5. Improve Internal and International Coordination:

- Over the first 6 months, streamline communication processes so that common issues are solved proactively, reducing the need for escalations by 15%.

6. Support Business Expansion Efforts:

- Within 4 months, identify and pre-qualify at least 5 new prospective customers through research and initial outreach.
- By month 6, successfully schedule introductions or demos with at least 2 new potential clients via cold calling and follow-up nurturing.
