Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and the public.
  • Process information required to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain work records.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients.

Salary and Benefits
