As our Fixed Operations Team Leader, you will lead both our service and parts departments to ensure highest quality customer experience, efficient operations, and increased profitability. You will be overseeing a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, as well as parts staff, to drive performance towards the achievement of common targets and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and coordination across the dealership.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service from initial contact through service completion. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily service and parts operations, including scheduling, workflow management, quality control, and inventory management to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve service and parts department performance. Implement corrective actions as needed.

Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, control costs and increase profitability.

Compliance: Ensure all service and parts activities comply with company policies, industry standards, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Solid understanding of or aptitude to understand automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in automotive service management software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
