**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Order management directly impacts the customer experience. A product manager should be dedicated to meeting customer expectations, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing a seamless ordering process.
- Effective communication is essential when coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, warehouse, customer support, and logistics. Clear and timely communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures smooth order processing.
- Create customer facing content as well as conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to inform product strategy
- Plan, package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals
- Collaborate effectively with other product managers and members of cross-functional teams including design, development, support, sales, services and business partners.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3+years experience product management or product marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Technical skills to engage in-depth with our products, demonstrate the value, and create persuasive GTM assets and social content such as blog posts
- Compelling speaker that can record high quality, client-facing content
- Ability to craft stories for targeted use cases and personas and the writing skills to turn stories into scripts that can be used by others
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Understanding of Order Management and Intelligent Promising
- Experience with Product Led Growth offerings and strategy.
- Writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content.
- Retail industry expertise
