**Inventory Specialist**

The Inventory Specialist will ensure inventory accuracy and manage the overall inventory of the Delta Warehouse. This position consists of all duties and responsibilities listed below and ad hoc duties as required.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Inventory (70%)**
- Ensure inventory across the Delta Warehouse maintains an overall accuracy level of over 99%.
- Coordinate and disseminate daily tasks for Inventory Associates, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy and integrity (receiving, order fulfillment)
- Own daily cycle count activities and work with the teams on the floor to undertake physical investigations and required adjustments in SAP.
- Lead cycle counts and bin audits daily to ensure proper picking procedures are being followed as needed.
- Lead and uphold manufacturing changes, adapting, and adhering to the compliance of Moe’s Home Collections internal policies and guidelines.
- Lead returns process, ensuring all are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Track and process orphan and missing piece units efficiently as replacements arrive from overseas.
- Add or remove inventory from stock as needed with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy.
- Assist the process and operations of claims, Q/C claim product shipments.
- Ensure all Inventory SOP’s are documented and develop net new SOP’s according to business need.
- Regularly directly communicate with multiple departments outside of the Delta, WA Warehouse.

**Receiving (30%)**
- Unload, count, QC, check, receive and put away any shipments and incoming containers on as needed bases.
- Provide full inventory support to all warehouse staff for all warehouse operations.
- Help with any picking, receiving or any other tasks as required.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- (1) year related Inventory management or location auditing experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Experience across all areas of areas of warehouse operations an asset
- Experience working with WMS system(s) required.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and sets good example for the warehouse staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

The hourly wage for this role is $22-$25 per hour.
